Click Register at the top of any page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and a strong password, then confirm the one-time password (OTP) sent to your number. Yes. Any active Pakistani mobile number is accepted during registration — Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong or SCO. The number must be able to receive SMS OTPs, so make sure your SIM is active and has a signal when you register. The same number is used for two-factor authentication when you log in later.

On the Login page, look for the "Forgot Password" option. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive a password reset OTP by SMS. Follow the on-screen steps to set a new password. If you no longer have access to that number, contact support via live chat to verify your identity and regain access.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are against the terms and conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you have accidentally created a second account or cannot access your original one, contact support before attempting to register again.

Withdrawal delays are usually caused by one of the following: an incomplete identity verification on your account, an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, high withdrawal volumes during peak periods, or a bank transfer processing window. A wagering requirement (sometimes called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable PKR. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been completed. If a cricket match is officially abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result — as defined by the ICC or the relevant tournament rules — all pre-match bets are typically voided and your PKR stake is returned to your account. Bets placed on in-play markets after play began are settled according to the specific market rules stated at the time of betting.
